Privacy policy

When you request an estimate or apply for a job, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, project details, city and, for applicants, your résumé details. We use it only to reply to you and to run our business.

We also record which page you landed on and, if you arrived from an ad or a link, where you came from (for example, a Google or Facebook ad). This helps us learn which marketing is worth paying for. It is stored with your request.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ads, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you submitted a request. They load only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you press Decline, they do not load.

Our call-tracking service may show a different phone number depending on how you found us, and records calls so we can answer them and improve how we respond.

Our team, and the service providers that run this site and our email, advertising and call tracking. We do not sell your personal information.

Aeroform Construction runs a private internal assistant app, called Aeroform Agent, that our owners use to manage the business. It is not offered to the public, and website visitors are never asked to connect a Google account to it.

With the explicit approval of the account owner, the app connects to the Google account the owners use for the business and can access Gmail messages, Google Calendar, Google Drive files, Google Sheets, Google Docs and contacts. It uses this access only to do what the owner asks, such as reading and organizing business email, drafting and sending messages the owner has approved, scheduling, and creating or editing business documents and spreadsheets.

How we use it: only to provide the features the account owner asks for in the assistant. We do not use Google user data for advertising of any kind, including targeted, personalized, retargeted or interest-based ads. We do not sell it, and we do not provide it to data brokers, information resellers, or anyone assessing credit-worthiness or lending.

Who it is shared with: nobody, except the service providers that run the assistant (the AI language model service and the server hosting it), and only so they can carry out the owner's specific request. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to any other third party, except where required by law or for security purposes such as investigating abuse.

AI and machine learning: we do not use data received from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. The assistant uses it only to answer the owner's own requests.

Who can read it: no one at Aeroform reads Google user data except the account owners who authorized the app. Humans do not read this data for any other reason unless the owner asks, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.

How we protect it: the app's access tokens are stored in a file on our private server that only the server's authorized user can read. Connections to Google use encrypted HTTPS. Access to the assistant is limited to authorized Aeroform team members, and the app asks only for the permissions it needs.

Retention and deletion: we keep Google user data only as long as needed to carry out the owner's requests and for our business records. Content the assistant reads may remain in its activity records on our server until we delete it. We delete stored Google user data when the owner asks, when it is no longer needed, or when access is revoked. To request deletion, email us.

Aeroform Construction's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You can decline cookies, clear them in your browser, or ask us to delete your information by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time.
