Everything you need to know
General questions
What areas does Aeroform Construction serve?
We serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with a primary focus on Collin County (Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Wylie, Murphy) and Dallas County (Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Irving, Rowlett, Mesquite, Carrollton). We also take on projects in Fort Worth, Arlington and surrounding communities.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit your site, discuss goals and budget, and provide a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation.
What does “design-build” mean?
Design-build means one team is responsible for both designing and building your project. It eliminates the gap between architect and contractor, shortens schedules and keeps pricing aligned with the drawings from the start.
How long have you been in business?
Our partners bring 18 years of construction experience in North Texas. They recently combined their companies to pair design-build expertise with field execution and offer clients a better product at a fair price.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Texas does not issue a statewide general contractor license, but Aeroform Construction is fully insured with general liability coverage and holds the contractor registrations required by each DFW municipality we work in. Proof of insurance is available on request.
How do you price projects?
We provide itemized, fixed-price proposals with clear allowances for selections. Any change is documented in a written change order before the work happens — never after.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage plan submittals, permits, inspections and HOA architectural review as part of every project.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. We share photos and references from recent remodeling, residential and commercial projects during your consultation, with the permission of each client.
Do you offer financing?
We can refer you to lending partners that specialize in construction and renovation financing. Ask about options during your consultation.
How quickly can you start?
Start dates depend on project size and permitting. Small remodels can often begin within a few weeks; custom homes and commercial projects are scheduled after design and permitting are complete.
