Fixed price, with hidden conditions planned for
You get an itemized proposal with the price fixed for the scope we agree on. You see what you are paying for line by line, and you can choose between options at different price points before anything is signed.
If you ask for a change, we put it in writing, with the price, before the work happens.
If something unexpected is behind a wall, such as old wiring, plumbing or hidden damage, a contingency that is part of your pricing covers it. The contingency is based on your proposal. If it is not used, it goes back to you.

Warranty
1-year workmanship warranty
We stand behind the work we perform. If something we built was not done right, we deal with it for one year.
Cabinets, appliances, fixtures and other products carry their own manufacturer warranties.

What does “fixed price” mean at Aeroform?
Your proposal is itemized and the price is fixed for the scope we agree on. If you ask for a change, we put it in writing, with its price, before the work happens.
What happens if you find something unexpected behind the walls?
A contingency is part of your pricing, based on your proposal. It covers hidden conditions that cannot be seen before demolition. If it is not used, it goes back to you.
What does the 1-year workmanship warranty cover?
It covers the workmanship of the work we performed, for one year. Products and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Can I get options at different price points?
Yes. We lay out options so you can choose where the budget goes, then price the plan you pick.
